Important Information & Tour Conditio  Transportation is point-to-point only as per the package inclusions; vehicle is not at disposal.  Rates are valid till September 2026 and applicable to Indian passport/ID holders only  In case of flight cancellations, delays, or natural disasters, any extra expenses must be borne by the guest  Rates and availability are subject to change at the time of confirmation.  Only ₹100 INR currency notes are accepted in Nepal. Denominations above ₹100 are not accepted  If the specified hotel is unavailable, a similar category hotel will be provided.  Any personal expenses not included in the package must be paid directly at checkout.  Hotel availability is subject to confirmation at the time of booking.  Scanned ID copies, rooming list, and meal preferences must be emailed prior to arrival.  Any itinerary changes must be communicated in advance.  Activities such as drug use, prostitution, or visits to dance bars are strictly discouraged. We are not responsible for any legal or personal issues arising from such involvement.  No vehicle stops for lunch during arrival or departure transfers.
